  • Rachel Stadler, VMD

    HEAD VETERINARIAN

    Dr. Rachel Stadler grew up on a farm in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. She attended Bucknell University and graduated with honors in cell biology/biochemistry. During her university years, she spent time in Ecuador working with animals in a Tropical Ecology Program in Quito and also working with animals as veterinary assistant in Lewisburg, PA. From these experiences, she discovered medicine and animal care were both passions for her.

    She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she worked with both large and small animals. After graduation, she worked in Maine and Western Pennsylvania before settling into a position in Doylestown, PA for three years. After working as an associate with cats and dogs, she decided to further specialize, and she moved to West Chester to work exclusively with felines and for the improvement of feline health care.

    Alba is her star kitty. Dr. Stadler and her husband, Paul, and their children, Lucian and Genevieve, reside in West Chester.

  • Sharon O'Toole, VMD

    ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

    Dr. Sharon O'Toole is a New England native. She was born and raised in Worcester, MA. She had many animals growing up and knew from a young age that she wanted to be a veterinarian. She received her Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Biology from Mount Holyoke College in Amherst, MA. Dr. O'Toole then went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She was employed as a full-time associate veterinarian in practices in the Pottstown and Downingtown areas before deciding to specialize in feline medicine. She has been with Chester County Cat Hospital for 18 years.

    Dr. O'Toole lives in Downingtown with her husband, Scott. They have four children; two in college and two at home. Dr. O'Toole has four cats and a goldfish pond in the backyard. She volunteers for PALS Cat Rescue and fosters cats in her home.

  • Jordan Stephenson, VMD

    ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

    Dr. Jordan Stephenson grew up in Concordville, Pennsylvania. He graduated from West Chester University with degrees in Accounting and Marketing. His free time was spent riding and showing horses, and he decided to take his career on a different path. While working as an accountant, he earned a degree in Biology from Gwynedd-Mercy College before attending veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania.

    After graduating, he practiced in New Jersey before moving to South Carolina. His work included five years of Emergency Medicine. Currently, he has decided to come back north to West Chester to be closer to family and to focus on feline medicine.

    He lives in West Chester with his two spectacular cats, Brash and Fatty Arbuckle. While he doesn't ride horses any more, he enjoys watching show jumping and eventing.
